The place I call home Stillings Grant in Bartlett.

Tony Rocco relocated to Bartlett over 20 years ago from Everett, Ma. just outside of Boston. A passion for skiing and the beauty of the mountains drew him away from the city and into "paradise". Not long after his move he obtained his Real Estate license and has been with Attitash Realty for 19 years. In January 1991 he moved into this place on the other side of the Saco River, just west of Attitash Ski area, surrounded by the National Forest. A place called Stillings Grant. One of only 4 homes at the time he was a pioneer in this new environment.

Now almost 17 years later he is the resident listing agent for the whole development. He resides with his wife Cheryl, son Zach and dog Bravo in a beautiful home, looking out to the magnificent westerly views. He prides himself on always being available to walk the land with another agent or potential buyer. His enthusiasm and knowledge of Stillings Grant makes him kind of an ambassador, for in his opinion, "the best and most beautiful location in the Mt. Washington Valley".
